Statement to the House, October 6, 2011
There is a buzz in Dartmouth-Cole Harbour right now. There is hope and optimism about our future. Companies are moving from Toronto to Dartmouth, excited by the great potential they see. A loss to the community
On September 27th, Dartmouth-Cole Harbour lost a good friend, and a lively, passionate community member. Richard Norman Vine, better known as Dick, passed away at the age of 81. Dick’s obituary summed it up best, describing him as a man who “lived life large.” He was an avid sailor, windsurfer, iceboater, skier, photographer and builder of everything from boats, to remote control vehicles for his grandchildren.
